How to link your outlook calendar to Ringcentral

1. Open Ringcentral. Click Settings then Calendars and Contacts. Then click Connect Microsoft

2. Then check off "Calendar" & "Personal Contacts". The company address list is should already by loaded onto your Ringcentral. Then click Connect

3. It will prompt you to log into Office 365. Please login. Then click Open Ringcentral.

4. Then confirm your choices and click Save
