How to reset app data
Overview: Sometimes the Ringcentral app can glitch or have bugs. A good solution to resolve this issue to reset the app data. Here's how to do it:
- Open Ringcentral
- On the top right hand corner, click Help, then click Troubleshooting, then click Reset App Data...
- A popup will appear for you to reset the app, click Reset
4. Then re-login to Ringcentral with your MT email credentials.
